This notice covers this website only. Our apps each have their own privacy policy, because they each handle different things — see the links at the bottom.
daliapps.dev is a set of static pages. It runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content, and includes no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social widgets. There is no form to fill in and no account to create. We have deliberately turned off web access logging at our content delivery network, so we do not receive or retain a log of who visited which page.
We therefore cannot tell you what we know about your visit, because we do not know anything about it.
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront) in the United States. As with any internet service, AWS necessarily processes the network request that delivers a page to you — including your IP address — in order to route and serve it, and may retain limited operational records for its own security and reliability purposes under its own terms. We do not enable, receive, or store those records.
Writing to support@daliapps.dev is the one way this domain receives personal information, and only because you chose to send it. When you email that address:
We use what you send us to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your message or your email address with anyone else, except where we are legally required to.
You can ask us what correspondence we hold from you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@daliapps.dev. We will respond to a reasonable request. If your request relates to one of our apps rather than to email, that app’s privacy policy describes the controls built into the app itself, including in-app export and delete.
This website is not directed to children and is not designed to be interesting to them. Our apps handle age separately and directly — Mr. Driver’s Ed, for example, asks about age before anything else and keeps younger users entirely offline. See that app’s policy for the details.
If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it. Because the site keeps no logs and holds no accounts, there is no one for us to notify; please check back here.
