Privacy notice

For daliapps.dev, the company website of DALiApps, LLC.
Effective September 1, 2026.

This notice covers this website only. Each app has its own privacy policy, because they each handle different things — see the links at the bottom. DALiApps, LLC is the data controller; it is run by one person, so “I” below means that person.

What this website collects: nothing

daliapps.dev is a set of static pages. It runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content, and includes no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social widgets. There is no form to fill in and no account to create. Web access logging at the content delivery network is deliberately turned off, so no log of who visited which page is received or retained.

I therefore cannot tell you what I know about your visit, because I do not know anything about it.

The typeface, icons, and images this site uses are served from daliapps.dev itself, so loading a page here does not cause your browser to contact anyone else.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront) in the United States. As with any internet service, AWS necessarily processes the network request that delivers a page to you — including your IP address — in order to route and serve it, and may retain limited operational records for its own security and reliability purposes under its own terms. I do not enable, receive, or store those records.

If you email me

Writing to support@daliapps.dev is the one way this domain receives personal information, and only because you chose to send it. When you email that address:

• your message is received, scanned for spam and malware, and stored by Google Workspace (Google LLC), which is the mail provider for this domain and processes the message on my behalf under Google’s terms;
• it is delivered to my own mailbox there, which is where it is read and answered;
• I keep it as long as I need it to handle your request and to keep a record of support correspondence.

Mail sent to this address before August 2026 was handled differently: it was received by Amazon SES and copied to a separate storage bucket, in addition to being forwarded to my mailbox. That arrangement has ended. The separate copy no longer exists — the storage it used has been emptied and removed, and nothing is kept outside the mailbox described above.

I use what you send to answer you. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell, rent, or share your message or your email address with anyone else, except where I am legally required to.

Your choices

You can ask what correspondence I hold from you, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it, by writing to support@daliapps.dev. I will respond to a reasonable request. If your request relates to one of the apps rather than to email, that app’s privacy policy describes the controls built into the app itself, including in-app export and delete.

Children

This website is not directed to children and is not designed to be interesting to them. The apps handle age separately and directly — Mr. Driver’s Ed, for example, asks about age before anything else and keeps younger users entirely offline. See that app’s policy for the details.

Changes

If this notice changes, the effective date above changes with it. Because the site keeps no logs and holds no accounts, there is no one to notify; please check back here.
